Refund policy

Shipping & Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email info@fat.shop and we’ll make it right.

Order Processing

  • Most orders ship within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • International orders may experience delays. Estimated shipping for international orders is between 7-14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). 

Shipping & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your household and local carrier first.

  • If the package is lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days), email info@fat.shop and we’ll help investigate.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier or for delays outside our control.

Address Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If the order returns to us, we can reship to a corrected address at the buyer’s expense.

Exchanges for Defects/Incorrect Items (Only)

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  1. Email info@fat.shop within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue (product + packaging/label).

  3. Once verified, we will replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Replacements ship to the original address unless otherwise arranged.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Transit times vary and may be extended by customs processing.
