Shipping & Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email info@fat.shop and we’ll make it right.
Order Processing

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- International orders may experience delays. Estimated shipping for international orders is between 7-14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Shipping & Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your household and local carrier first.

If the package is lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days), email info@fat.shop and we’ll help investigate.

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier or for delays outside our control.
Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If the order returns to us, we can reship to a corrected address at the buyer’s expense.
Exchanges for Defects/Incorrect Items (Only)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

Email info@fat.shop within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue (product + packaging/label).

Once verified, we will replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Replacements ship to the original address unless otherwise arranged.
International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.
